Smoothie Joe's is an independently-owned smoothie bar located at 1251 Grayson Valley Parkway, Suite 101, in Grayson Valley. Owned since it was opened in 2004 by James Thompson, Smoothie Joe's also opened a satellite store inside the SportsPlex in Hoover in 2007. The Grayson Valley store hosts live music and Bible studies.
