The St Clair County Jail is the collective name of two facilities maintained by the St Clair County Sheriff's Office in St Clair County's two seats, Ashville and Pell City. Both are administrated by Terry Marcrum. The Ashville facility has 74 beds and holds juvenile detainees. The Pell City facility has 106 beds and houses all the county's female inmates. Medical services to inmates are contracted out.
