St Luke's Episcopal Church is a congregation of the Episcopal Diocese of Alabama located at 3736 Montrose Road near Crestline Village in Mountain Brook. The congregation held its first service on Easter Sunday 1949. Its distinctive worship space as designed by Nelson Smith and completed in 1961. Its interior features concrete catenary arches while its walls are red brick with Georgian revival windows.

At times St. Luke's has had the largest membership in the diocese. In 2002 some members left the church to found St Peter's Anglican Church.

The church has often hosted diocesan events. It was to be the site of the June 2020 consecration of Glenda Curry as bishop until attendance at the service had to be dramatically reduced due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
