Steppers & Walkers is a restaurant, dance club and lounge located at 2223 4th Avenue North in the former Ruby House Chinese buffet adjacent to the 2006 Birmingham News building. The club specializes in Chicago-style "Steppin'" and offers instruction for all skill levels as well as open dance floors in the evenings. Special events for other ballroom styles are planned, accompanied by themed dinner menus.

The club's "Bentley Room" is available for private parties and meetings.


The club is owned by Michael Kimble. The chef is George Luke and dance instructors include Ronda Chandler and Ronnie Burnett.
