TTL Inc. (originally the Tuscaloosa Testing Laboratory) is a materials testing and geotechnical engineering firm specializing in municipal water distribution and wastewater treatment systems. The firm was founded in 1964 and currently employs nearly 400 people in 12 offices across 4 states. Dean McClure is the current president and CEO.

In 2018 TTL opened an office in the Magnolia Building at Magnolia Office Park at 2140 11th Avenue South, headed by Steve Newton.

On January 1, 2020 TTL completed the acquisition of DBS & Associates Engineering Inc. with offices in Nashville and Clarksville, Tennessee.
