* I need to break out "former communities now incorporated into other cities" like Edgewood, Crestline, Fossil, etc.; and probably need to consider "former communities that just plain don't function as such," though I'm not sure how easy it is to make the call. Argo

Breakout
- I need to break out "former communities now incorporated into other cities" like Edgewood, Crestline, Fossil, etc.; and probably need to consider "former communities that just plain don't function as such," though I'm not sure how easy it is to make the call.
