Argo
Argo is actually an incorporated city. The city hall is in Jefferson County but the majority of the city is in Saint Clair, which is why it wasn't listed on the NACo list. I am going to move it over. --Wheresdib 08:00, 9 February 2007 (PST)

- I need to break out "former communities now incorporated into other cities" like Edgewood, Crestline, Fossil, etc.; and probably need to consider "former communities that just plain don't function as such," though I'm not sure how easy it is to make the call.
