I came across a clipping in my files about the 1994 Crawfish Boil. It says:
- The Beam's Crawfish Boil has grown from a backyard bar-b-que to a city-wide partying event. On June 11th, Zyedco will host the 9th annual "Beamfest" bringing 14 musical guests to entertain for 14 hours straight.
