    • Is the site of the apartment complex not enclosed by the neighborhood boundary on this map? I might note that the shopping center is definitely in Birmingham, because Birmingham's disinclination to sell it to Homewood was one of the reasons Homewood's 2002 idea to use it as a municipal center didn't work out. --Dystopos (talk) 14:18, 12 July 2021 (PDT)

    • I agree that from a legal definition, it is within the Birmingham city limits, however the perception is that it's in Homewood since it's surrounded on three sides by Homewood city limits.
