*The [http://www.topozone.com/map.asp?lat=33.58382&mapit=Map+It&lon=-86.71145&size=m&s=25&datum=WGS84 Topozone Maps] also show it flowing south-westerly from the Roebuck Spring. I was here less than a week ago, before I read the article, and they do indeed have signs on the small stream that state "no pesticides" etc. I thought it was funny and took a picture but it didn't come out. So, with that said, I don't know where else to look for the name of the stream. It is a feeder stream into Village Creek, I am positive of that. It runs through the golf course and meets up with the creek before it runs under First Avenue North. I revisited this article and was bothered by the lack of closure on the fish kill. All I could find was a proposed settlement, but no word on what was actually agreed to. I added that, since it was better than nothing. Maybe someone else will have more success? --[[User:Lkseitz|Lkseitz]] ([[User talk:Lkseitz|talk]]) 05:29, 14 January 2015 (PST) |

Stream name
I'm not 100% sure where Hawkins Recreation Center is, but if Google Maps is to be trusted, it appears the stream in question is not Village Creek, but a stream that flows into it. I don't know if it has a name or not. --Lkseitz 07:55, 6 March 2007 (PST)

Fish kill settlement
I revisited this article and was bothered by the lack of closure on the fish kill. All I could find was a proposed settlement, but no word on what was actually agreed to. I added that, since it was better than nothing. Maybe someone else will have more success? --Lkseitz (talk) 05:29, 14 January 2015 (PST)
