Template talk:Jefferson County

County template

I got the idea from Wikipedia's Alabama template. I know Dystopos isn't big on templates, but I find them a handy way to link to other, relevent topics both as a user and an editor. My cut-off from "major cities" was a population of 10,000. What does everyone think? I've only put it on the Jefferson County page so far so I could get feedback before going for it. --Lkseitz 15:41, 13 February 2007 (PST)

• I prettified it a bit, and went ahead and added all the other incorporated cities. Does this effectively replace, then, the List of Jefferson County municipalities (or perhaps the latter should be made into a table with the year incorporated, population, mayor, etc). I don't mind having this on the Jefferson County article, but I'm not sure how relevent it is to put it on, say, Trussville. Other thoughts are welcome. --Dystopos 16:00, 13 February 2007 (PST)
