The Cottages at 119 is a planned 187-unit residential complex located at 7273–7277 Cahaba Valley Road (Alabama State Highway 119) on 14 acres of a 30-acre site, formerly Pine Tree Acres farm, which is set to be annexed into Birmingham's Overton neighborhood. The section of the site between the highway and Lee Branch would be developed, while the section across the creek toward the Greystone subdivision would be preserved as a wooded buffer.

The all-rental complex of detached and semi-detached homes is being developed by Capstone Communities. Units will range from one-bedroom "carriage units" and lofts, to 2–3 bedroom cottages and townhouses. Units will have individual porches, and small rear gardens with artificial turf. The community will have a shared clubhouse with a fitness center, lounge and swimming pool. Additional greenspaces will provide grills and fire pits.

Community amenities include a clubhouse with a fitness center, lounge and game areas as well as a pool. Greenspaces throughout the community will have grilling areas and fire pits. The overall development is set to have a 328 parking spaces. Nequette Architecture & Design, Gonzalez-Strength & Associates and Skipper Consulting participated in development of the community.

The Birmingham City Council approved "pre-zoning" of the project site in June 2021.
