The Dagny is a 3-story mixed use development in the former Todd-Witte Building at 2216-2218 1st Avenue North in downtown Birmingham.

The Todd-Witte Dry Goods Co. constructed the original two-story commercial building in 1910 and operated there until closing in the early 1950s. The building was renovated in 1953, and has since been used by Lindsey Office Furnishings.

Residential Ventures of Denver, Colorado purchased the building in 2018 and worked with Creature to plan a $4 million redevelopment with restaurant and retail on the ground floor and a newly-added third floor. The upper floors were divided into 12 residential condominiums overlooking a newly-created interior courtyard. At designer Mike Gibson's suggestion, the project was named "The Dagny" for Dagny Taggart, the heroine of Ayn Rand's 1957 novel Atlas Shrugged.
