The Restaurant at the Civic Center was the name of the dining establishment in the interior courtyard of the Birmingham-Jefferson Civic Center.
Andy Camardella, formerly of Pizitz, took over as executive chef in 1985. Specials included Greek snapper, choice beef, and a chicken salad made according to Howell Heflin's recipe.
