The Tillman-Levenson building is a wedge-shaped, brick, one-story, 8,231 square foot commercial building located at 113 12th Street North. It was constructed in 1960 for the Tillman-Levenson discount retail store.

In 2013 architect and developer Brad Wardlaw announced plans to redevelop the Tillman-Levenson building and adjoining former Southern Well Supply office as a food truck commissary, rental kitchen and culinary business incubator with an internal garden courtyard.
