The complex sold to Trade Winds Real Estate in 2015 for $4.8 million. The new owners planned significant updates to the units, landscaping and common areas. In all 38 of the complex's units were upgraded before Tradewinds sold the property to Morrison Avenue Capital Partners in late 2017 for $5.4 million. Safe Harbor Investments of Knoxville, Tennessee purchased the property from them in July 2021 for $7.1 million.
