Tom's Cafe & Steak House was a restaurant on the 1900 block of 4th Avenue North.

The restaurant was founded in 1920 as Tom's Lunch Room, and was operated by the Constantine brothers from 1925-1927 4th Avenue North. By 1939 the business had expanded to 1923-1927, and advertised its "steaks that melt in your mouth" and its air-conditioned dining room.

By 1946 Tom's had moved across the street to the Clark Building at 1924 4th Avenue North.
