John Vance McBride Jr (born February 6, 1927 in Sewickly, Pennsylvania; died November 27, 2015 in Vestavia Hills) was the owner of Architectural Hardware Inc. and commissioner of the Southside Baseball youth league.

McBride was the son of John and Josephine Boothe McBride of Pennsylvania. He graduated from Auburn University before settling in Birmingham. He married the former Becky Yancey in 1951 and they raised five children in Avondale. He was an active member of the choir and lay leadership at Avondale United Methodist Church for more than 40 years.

McBride died in November 2015. He was survived by his wife, five children, seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He was buried at the Alabama National Cemetery in Montevallo.
