The Venue at the Ballpark is a 236-unit apartment complex located at 200 16th Street South, between 2nd and 3rd Avenue South in the Parkside district, with many units enjoying views into Regions Field from beyond the left field wall.
The development's 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom units share access to a fitness facility, clubhouse, conference rooms, an elevated pool deck, and comprehensive wifi.
The $39 million project was developed by University House Communities, a division of Dallas, Texas-based InvenTrust Properties, with Birmingham's Corporate Realty Development. Inland American Communities, also of Dallas, was involved when the project was first announced. BOKA Powell of Dallas, Texas was commissioned for the architectural design and Golden Construction won the contract to build the project. It is opened in April 2016.
