Vittoria Macelleria was a restaurant and butcher shop opened by James Lewis next door to his Bettola restaurant in the Martin Biscuit Building at Dr Pepper Place in May 2013. It was inspired by Italian butcher shops and named for his grandmother, Victoria George.

Lewis and architect Jared Fulton collaborated on the restaurant's design, and the owner oversaw construction himself. Lewis designed fixtures and furnishings that were made by local craftspeople to save money and financed the build-out without a loan.

The restaurant's menu featured fresh and cured meats from "humanely-raised" livestock along with artisanal cheeses and breads baked in house by Corey Hinkel.

In 2014 Lewis decided to merge the two restaurants under the Bettola brand.
