Willis Dwight Colby (born c. 1854 in Defiance County, Ohio; died August 8, 1938 in Birmingham) was an interior decorator and founder of the W. D. Colby Decorating Company, which later became the Birmingham Decorating Company.

Colby was the son of Jonas and Almira Hull Colby of Ohio. He married the former Mabel Carroll. They resides in the W. D. Colby residence at 2931 Highland Avenue and attended Independent Presbyterian Church. Their son, Carroll served as vice-president of the Birmingham Decorating Company.
