WTNB-AM was a radio station broadcasting Mutual Broadcasting System programming at AM 1490. The station was founded in the 1940s by real estate developer Thomas N. Beech and owned by the Pilot Broadcasting Company, in which he held a 51% interest. It broadcast programs from the Mutual Network, but only stayed on the air for about two years.

Pilot Broadcasting, along with the dormant station, was sold to George Mattison, Jr of the Woodstock Slag Corporation in January 1952. He moved the signal to AM 850 and relaunched the station as WILD-AM.
