Warren Baker Crow III (born June 6, 1930 in Charlotte, North Carolina; died December 12, 2007 in Birmingham) was a real estate executive and an at-large candidate for Birmingham City Council in the 1963 Birmingham municipal election.

Crow moved with the family to Birmingham in 1933 and graduated from Phillips High School. He then went on to complete degrees from the University of Alabama in 1952 and University of Alabama School of Law in 1955.

Crow worked for his family's Crow Real Estate Co. and also served on the boards of the Birmingham Chamber of Commerce and the Arlington Shrine, as president of the Birmingham Junior Chamber of Commerce and Alabama Junior Chamber of Commerce, and as secretary of the Birmingham Sales and Marketing Executives Club. He later served as director of public and industrial relations for the Associated Industries of Alabama.

Crow and his wife, the former Pauline Moultrie resided at 108 Leach Drive in Crestline. They had three children, Warren IV, William and Elisabeth.
