WaveTech Therapy was a company offering "Acoustic Wave Therapy" as a form of treatment for erectile dysfunction, chronic pain, peripheral neuropathies (numbness), diabetic wounds, nocturia, and sports injuries. The business, operated by William Rogers and Steven Elliot, opened in November 2020 in suite 260 of the 2000-2100 SouthBridge Parkway building.

In April 2021, following an investigation by the Alabama Board of Medical Examiners, Rogers and Elliott were arrested and charged with practicing medicine without a license.
