M. E. Wiggins Park is an 18.4-acre public park in Birmingham's Jones Valley neighborhood. It lies southeast of Jefferson Avenue Southwest, north of Ash Avenue Southwest, and west of 31st Street Southwest near Jones Valley Middle School. It is named for former Birmingham City Council president M. E. Wiggins (1898-1981).

The park features a picnic pavilion, walking path, outdoor basketball court, and four tennis courts.

The park's Wiggins Recreation Center at 3301 Jefferson Avenue Southwest houses a gymnasium. An adjacent building, completed in 1979, houses the Powderly Library, a branch of the Birmingham Public Library. A public swimming pool was added in 1980.

The park hosts an annual Jones Valley Fun Day festival.
