Willie Hill (born March 1950) is the chief deputy for the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office. He retired from the department as a captain in 2007 and was a candidate for Sheriff in the 2010 and 2014 Democratic primaries.

Hill is a graduate of Minor High School and has a bachelor's degree in criminal justice from Columbia Southern University. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1969 to 1972 before becoming a deputy.
