The 1900 Building is a three-story, 15,000 square-foot brick-clad office building on the northeast corner of 19th Street and 2nd Avenue North, near the McWane Science Center and the Pizitz building.

The building was constructed on the site of the former Peerless Saloon, which was demolished in 2003 by owner George Ladd, who had determined that it was not feasible to preserve and renovate the historic structure. Bruce Herrington designed the new building in a simplified neotraditional style with precast concrete trim and a projected corner section elevated on brick piers.

The building, which lacks dedicated on-site parking, remained vacant until software firm Fleetio leased the upper floor in 2017.
