3004–3008 Clairmont Avenue South is a one-story, 8,300 square-foot brick-veneered commercial building on a 0.45-acre lot at 3004–3008 Clairmont Avenue South in the Lakeview district of Birmingham's Southside neighborhood.
It was built c. 1958–1965 for BUCO Building Constructors. It is later owned by real estate investor Porter McCollister, owner of Montgomery Environmental. The exterior was painted and the awnings replaced after 2017.
