Alice Jessie Nelson Mason (born March 19, 1876 in Greensboro, died September 19, 1910) was the wife of banker and physician Ulysses Mason. She was known as a gracious hostess and loving mother.

Alice married Mason on June 28, 1898. They had four children: Vivian, Ellariz, Ulysses Jr, and Alice, who was only a week old when her mother, thought to have been doing well, had "a sudden sinking spell, from which she did not recover." Her sister, Miss Marshall, also lived with the Mason family at their home at 1525 7th Avenue North, and continued to do so after Alice's death.

Mason was buried at Oak Hill Cemetery.
