Carroll C. Harmon (born November 13, 1921 in Gastonia, North Carolina; died April 15, 2009 in Birmingham) was an architect.

Harmon, a promising utility infielder in high school, studied architecture at North Carolina State University. When the United States entered World War II he enlisted and served for four years with the U.S. Naval Construction Battalions (Seabees), where he continued to play baseball for his unit, before returning to his studies. After graduating in 1949 he spent a year touring Europe, including time at the Sorbonne in Paris. In 1950 he returned to Gastonia as an intern with architect Frank B. Griffin.

Harmon came to Birmingham as a partner with Herbert Caldwell in Harmon & Caldwell architects before 1956. He married the former Betty Jo McWilliams in 1957. He joined the office of Felton Collier as an associate in 1964. He became a partner in the firm of Felton Collier Associates by 1971.

Harmon volunteered as a baseball coach for boys in Cahaba Heights. He was an avid traveler and a long-time member of Highlands United Methodist Church.
