Chantal Drake (born c. 1984 in Huntsville, Madison County) is the James Milton and Sallie R. Johnson Deputy Director of the Birmingham Museum of Art.

Drake earned a bachelor or art in art history at UAB in 2006 and worked as a manager of Carmen's Gallery in New Orleans, Louisiana. She went on to earn a master's in art history and a museum studies certification at the University of Memphis in 2010. While in school, she completed internships at the Art Museum at the University of Memphis and at the National Civil Rights Museum.

After graduating, Drake worked as a communications associate for the Dixon Gallery and Gardens. She began teaching as an adjunct professor at the Memphis College of Art in 2012, and was promoted to director of communications at the Dixon the same year. In that role, she expanded programming at the gardens and created educational outreach programs for local schools. She was named director of communications and strategic engagement in 2018. In 2019 Drake completed a Getty Foundation Museum Leadership Institute program at Claremont Graduate University, and saw her role at Dixon expanded again to include the attraction's development activities. During the COVID pandemic she boosted the Dixon's profile by hosting social media influencers and helped it transition to free admission for visitors afterward.

Drake was also an active member of the Junior League of Memphis, and served on the boards of directors for the UrbanArt Commission and Thistle & Bee Enterprises.

Drake accepted the role of deputy director at the Birmingham Museum of Art in January 2023. She and her husband have one son.
