Dynamic Civil Solutions (DCS) is an engineering firm located at 2210 2nd Avenue North in Birmingham. It is headed by Bolaji Kukoyi. The firm specializes in transportation engineering, but also provides civil and environmental engineering consulting services, as well as resource and project management. The firm also operates a copy center with large-format graphics capabilities.

DCS was incorporated in 2007. The firm moved from the Frank Nelson Building to their current offices in 2014. They purchased the building and kept the lease for tenant Ray Harsh Design. The City of Birmingham provided $60,000 in business incentives over three years to retain the company and fill the vacant building.

In 2024 Dynamic Civil Solutions acquired Jackins Butler & Adams surveyors, with its principal, Rowland Jackins, joining DCS as director of surveying.
