Jeff Hager (born c. 1968) was chief financial officer for Jefferson County from June 2010 until his resignation in December 2011.

Hager grew up in Montgomery and graduated from the University of Alabama.

Hager served as chief financial officer for Trussville's Southern Comfort Conversions from 1998 to 2004, and held the same position with Montgomery's Kelly Aerospace until 2010. He was hired on the authority of Commissioner Bettye Fine Collins during an announced hiring freeze. Though the position was renamed, he was seen as a replacement for former finance director Steve Sayler, who resigned in September 2007.

Hager turned in his own resignation on December 2, 2011, citing his exclusion from the Jefferson County Commission's discussion of financial policy issues.

Hager was also the winner, in 2009, of the $12,000 grand prize in a nationwide online contest sponsored by Dunkin Donuts to create a new specialty donut. His winning entry was "Toffee for Your Coffee", a glazed, sour cream cake donut topped with chopped Heath Bars. He and his wife, Angela, have three children.
