The Moonstone Festival was a one-day music and arts festival held in 2019. It was founded and organized by music promoter Lauren Polley with a goal of celebrating the creative power of women. A portion of the proceeds went to support programs at Girls Rock Birmingham.

2019

The inaugural Moonstone Festival was held on November 16, 2019 at Sloss Docks. Headline performers included Warpaint, Sunflower Bean, Waxahatchee, Bully, Maria Taylor, French Vanilla, The Watson Twins, and Rose of the West.

2022

A 2022 Moonstone Festival was planned for October 29 at Avondale Brewery, but was canceled in August. Announced bands included Clario, Jenny Lewis, Amanda Shires, Big Freedia, Hurray for the Riff Raff, Gavin Turek, Adia Victoria, Automatic, Hatchie, Rett Madison, Jahnah Camille, and Ayanis.
