The Cultural Center or the Titusville Cultural Center, is a multi-tenant redevelopment of the 60,446 square foot former Commercial Printing Co. building on a 9-acre parcel at 200–222 6th Avenue Southwest in North Titusville. The property is owned by JaAnne Dezenzio, owner of Rocky Heights Print & Binding, which acquired the building in 2017.
Common Thread led the phased redevelopment of the building with help from an advisory council of neighborhood leaders. They moved their headquarters there from Oxmoor Road in Homewood.
