The Benton Homes Apartments is a 116-unit apartment complex located at 3409 Primm Lane, off of Patton Chapel Road between Montgomery Highway and Lorna Road in Hoover.
The 2-story brick-clad apartments were constructed in 1973. The wood spandrels below the windows were painted red in 2016. By 2018 the brown brick exteriors had been painted white and the spandrels repainted in blue.
Engel Realty Company sold the complex to Trinity Property Consultants of Irvine, California for $8.1 million in 2015. In 2021 Fillmore Capital Partners of Petaluma, California acquired it from Trinity for $13.8 million.
