All proposed entities were to be approved by their owners, and by Hasbro before the game design was finalized.

The game was unveiled at a press event at [[Vulcan Park]] on [[March 20]]. A costumed "Mr Monopoly" mascot was joined by the park's [[V... The Statue]] mascot for the occasion.
