Clarence Adams Jr (born in New Orleans, Louisiana) is a corporal in the Birmingham Police Department assigned to Project HOPE in coordination with One Roof.

Adams' parents, Clarence Sr and Theresa, worked as a hotel manager and nurse, respectively. His father left the hotel business to manage the Ozanam Inn homeless shelter when Clarence Jr was 14. After graduating from Thurgood Marshall High School he joined the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve. He served through two deployments during the Iraq War.
