The record was produced by Marc Phillips with executive producer Conrad Rafield and recorded at Airwave Studios. Lee Bargeron was the engineer, assisted by Michael Panepento. Barry Brooks assisted with mastering.
Phillips contributed keyboards to several tracks, and enlisted other musicians including Leif Bondarenko, Joe Breckinridge, and Rick Byrd for the sessions. Project sponsors included Coca-Cola, HealthSouth, and Telephone Pioneers of America.
