The Daniel Payne Industrial Park is a 283-acre industrial park developed beginning in 1999 by the city of Birmingham on land at the intersection of Daniel Payne Drive and Coalburg Road, near Interstate 22. The first phase has opened for development and has attracted several companies needing distribution facilities with interstate access.
Marketing of the park is assisted by the Metropolitan Development Board.
