The 1931-1932 Birmingham budget was the operating budget for the City of Birmingham for the fiscal year 1931 to 1932.
As of July 1932 it was reported that the Birmingham City Commission had actually spent only $1,793,000 of the $1,806,000 appropriated for the first 10 months of the fiscal year.
