400 Industrial Drive is a a 1,311,295 square-foot warehouse and distribution center originally constructed in 1985 for the Bruno's supermarket chain. It is located at 400 Industrial Drive off of Lakeshore Parkway in Birmingham's Oxmoor neighborhood.

The facility includes 780,000 square feet of dry warehouse space with 32'-35' roof height and 214 loading doors. It also 230,000 square feet of cooler space and 185,000 square feet of freezer space.
