In [[2009]] Davis opened the present facility a block and a half to the east, adjacent to the railroad track, and transferred the liquor license to the new location. The former club continued to operate as an all-ages event venue. One person was injured in a shooting there in December [[2012]].

The business was incorporated in 2006 by Judy Davis. It was originally located a block and a half west of the present club, at 2512 16th Street North.
