Anna Lee "Boots" Carroll (born October 7, 1930; died April 30, 2017 in Birmingham) was an actor and stage manager. She spent many years in creative collaboration with James Hatcher at the Town & Gown Theater and was a member of the "Wit's Other End" troupe that performed on Morris Avenue in the late 1970s.
In addition to her numerous stage credits, Carroll appeared in more than thirty feature films, including the role of "Nurse Bradford" in 1968's The Heart is a Lonely Hunter directed by Robert Ellis Miller.
