Carrigan's Beer Garden, originally Brät Brot is a German-themed bar and restaurant located in the former Plant Odyssey building at 2910 6th Avenue South.
The business, owned by David Carrigan, opened as a "Biergarten" in April 2018. It served a selection of German and German-style beers on draft along with a menu featuring sausages, pickles, pretzels and schnitzel.
Brät Brot closed abruptly in December of that year, in a move later characterized as temporary in order to re-assess the business. It reopened as a "Gartenbar", with a full bar program and reduced hours on April 23, 2019. Angela Schmidt was hired as the new executive chef and Lindsey Drummond designed the drink program.
After a forced closure due to public health orders for the 2020 Coronavirus pandemic, the bar reopened under its present name.
