Chad Fisher is a trombonist / arranger / composer residing in Birmingham, Alabama. He is a member of several active performing groups, including the Magic City Jazz Orchestra, the SuperJazz Big Band, Downright, Ray Reach and Friends, the Alabama Jazz Hall of Fame All-Stars, and his own Chad Fisher Group (CFG). CFG was awarded the 2007 BAMA Award for "Best Jazz Group." Fisher is also a faculty member of the educational program of the Alabama Jazz Hall of Fame.
