Cherie Fields

Cherie Fields (born in Birmingham) is a fitness brand and marketing professional.

Fields, who was named for the Stevie Wonder song "My Cherie Amour", attended John Carroll Catholic High School and graduated from the University of Montevallo with a bachelor of arts in mass communications.

Fields was a public relations accounts manager for Lewis Communications and later vice president of public relations for the advertising firm O2 Ideas. In March 2006 she was hired as the first executive director for Catalyst for Birmingham. She and her then-husband Ed Fields left their respective positions in March 2007 to open their own consulting firm, Relax, It's Handled. She also worked as a certified spinning instructor for Riviera Fitness.

Fields is also an actress and television host. She hosted the decorating show Time 4 Change on WIAT and starred as "Ms Davis" in the Summerfest Musical Theatre production of Back to the Dream in 2006. She has performed for the Birmingham Festival Theatre, the Birmingham Park Players, and the Levite Jewish Community Center. She also had a small role in the 2003 film Big Fish.

Fields has served as a board member for Girls, Inc., the Birmingham Civil Rights Institute Leadership Council, and the Birmingham Museum of Art's Art on the Rocks committee.

The Fieldses divorced in 2014 and she relocated to Charlotte, North Carolina where she has worked as a freelance brand and event manager, as a manager and sales manager for Orangetheory Fitness. She currently works as a brand manager and ambassador for GMR Marketing Quickstrike and as a trainer and marketing manager for Rockbox Fitness.
