Edgar's Bakery & Café is a Birmingham-based chain with five locations. The business prepares cakes, baked goods and other prepared foods to order; serves breakfast and lunch; and retails serving ware, party supplies, and decorative items.
The bakery was founded in 1997 by Terry and Dottie Smith and named for his father, Kelley Edgar Smith.

- 180 West Main Street in the Patton Creek Shopping Center
- 6801 Cahaba Valley Road in Cadence Place, Greystone
- 1653 McFarland Boulevard North in the Galleria of Tuscaloosa in Tuscaloosa (opened April 2013)
- Financial Center, 505 20th Street North (planned)
