Eula E. Kimbrough Smith (born February 21, 1869; died December 1, 1963) was a leader of the Jefferson Davis Chapter of the United Daughters of the Confederacy and the American Legion Birmingham Post No. 1 auxiliary in Birmingham.
Eula's father left college during his senior year to volunteer for the Confederate Army. He served in General Joe Wheeler's cavalry and ended his service at the occasion of Confederate General Joseph E. Johnston's surrender to U.S. General William T. Sherman at Greensboro, North Carolina in 1865.
She joined the UDC in the mid 1910s and served as chapter president. She also served as adjutant of Camp Hardee and Camp Wilcox of the United Confederate Veterans, and attended numerous national conventions and state reunions for both organizations. In honor of her brothers' service in World War I she was also active in the American Legion, and served as president of the Birmingham unit from 1923 to 1924.
Eula was the wife of W. Sep Smith. She died in 1963 and is buried at Elmwood Cemetery.
