Henry Loo Joe (born April 27, 1949 in Birmingham; died September 21, 2020) was a third-generation owner of Joy Young Restaurant.

Joe was the son of Wing Soon Joe and grew up working in the family's landmark restaurant with his siblings Suelin, George, John, and Jimmy. He attended Shades Valley High School and the University of Montevallo, and served in the Air National Guard.

As owner of Joy Young, Joe himself made the restaurant's famous egg rolls. After the restaurant closed he continued to work in food service while also making more time for family. He was married to the former Louise Belcher and had two daughters, Suelin and Lindsay. He was a member of St Mary's-on-the-Highlands Episcopal Church.

Joe died in 2020 after a battle with ataxia.
